Terms of Service (服务条款)

Welcome to Atelier Botanica ("we," "our," or "the Service"). By accessing or using our website, digital application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Nature of the Service (Digital Products Only)

Atelier Botanica is a digital web-based botanical interactive studio and graphic creation platform. We sell exclusively digital goods and SaaS access licenses, including:

Full access to 33+ historical botanical plate specimen vector libraries;
High-resolution 4K and 300 DPI print-ready digital postcard downloads;
Export rights for 8-second animated botanical creation timelapse videos (MP4);
Commercial license rights for digital greeting cards and branding use.

Notice: We do NOT sell or ship physical goods. All deliverables are provided digitally via instant browser access and download links.

2. Payment & Merchant of Record

Our payment processing and merchant-of-record services are provided by Waffo Pancake. When you purchase a digital license or Pro tier from Atelier Botanica, your payment is processed securely via Waffo Pancake. By completing a transaction, you agree to Waffo Pancake’s checkout terms and consumer agreements.

All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

All digital products, access passes, and downloadable assets are delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment via your web browser session and/or confirmation email. No physical shipping is involved.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our assets and generator software:

14-Day Defect Refund Guarantee: If you experience technical defects, payment errors, or an inability to access purchased digital features that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Subscription Cancellations: If you purchase a recurring membership, you may cancel at any time via your customer billing portal. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle without further charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

All botanical vector algorithms, brand seals, UI designs, and code of Atelier Botanica are protected by copyright. Pro license holders are granted a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the generated greeting cards and digital artwork for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. social media, stationery prints, and invitations).
